1. Price Information

As I make everything to order I can make items to suit your budget.
I do have a few items in my online shop and the prices are subject to change at any time.
I do not ask for money straight away when ordering, I'll email you my payment details.

2. Ordering Information

You can order via the online shop, by telephone or by email.
Everything is made to order so you can specify the size, colour and style.
If you would like to order something that isn't shown on the website please email me and I'll let you know
if it is possible to make.
Once I receive you order and will email you confirm all the details are correct and that it is possible to
process your order.

3. Delivery Information

Your order will be sent a few days before you require it as I have to make it first.
Also you may need someone to be there to collect it as it'll need to be signed for.
I will email you when your order has been sent with a Royal Mail reference number.

I use Royal Mail and post orders using Special Delivery which is guaranteed to arrive before 1pm the next
day. Please note this is only available Monday - Saturday.

If you would like a different service such as First Class Recorded Delivery for orders less than Ł30 or
Special Delivery to arrive before 9am, then let me know.

As I am using Royal Mail orders can not be delivered on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

I can send orders to a business address and hospitals - just make sure you include any special
information so that they get delivered in time and not lost in a post room!

I can deliver worldwide using Airsure but I can not guarantee the delivery date but it's between 7-15
days. If you want a guaranteed delivery date I'll use Datapost but it starts from Ł30.

I can not be held responsible for:
Orders which are not delivered due to an incorrect address, however once they are returned to me, I can
re-send it to the correct address.
Orders that arrive late or damaged due to the postal service, however I can claim compensation
Orders final destination after Royal Mail has delivered i.e. office and hospital post rooms.

In some areas I may hand deliver - Usk, Cardiff, Stratford,Warwick and Banbury areas

4. Packaging Information

I currently use Bubble Bags (various sizes) and Post Office boxes which come in three sizes small, medium
and large. I try and keep the packaging as light as possible so the postage cost is as low as possible.
All orders are wrapped in tissue paper or florist fabric with cellophane and if required bubble wrap.

5. Change or Cancel Order

You can change or cancel you order at any time, just contact me as soon as possible.

6. Payment Options

I do not ask for money straight away when ordering, I'll email you mypayment details.
You can pay either by cheque, direct to my HSBC bank account or by PayPal.
Please note I can only process Credit/Debit card via PayPal.

7. Returns

I hope that you will like what I have made you but for any reason it's not quite what you expected then
please return it for a full refund.

8. Privacy Policy

I am registered with the IC and I only use your data to process your order. Your data is only stored on
my PC and I will not pass it on to anyone else. Please note I scan and store all cheques for Tax purposes.

9. Commissions

I am available for commission work, I can either fold items or work with your design team to make a
promotional item that can be folded. I can undertake large (500+) or small (50+) quantities though please
give me enough time as I may have other commitments.

10. Paper

I use various papers from around the world. I like to use hand made papers where possible.
Depending on your order I will choose the paper to suit but will always give you the option to select the
different types.

12. Other Information

I work from home and look after my baby son so please give me enough time to make you order.
I don't have any pre-made items but can make certain items in one day.
