About Me - Emma Tysoe

I've been doing origami since I was 12, my art teacher
showed us how to make a paper cup and I was hooked !
I taught myself and started with Paul Jackson's books.

I started my other website Origami 4 You in 1995 as I
wanted to share my knowledge and help other people fold. I
began getting requests to buy the origami models I'd made
and hence launched this site.

I've been lucky to work on many projects and hope one day
to publish a book.

I've had a model published in my friend Nick Robin s on's book
but under my maiden name of Emma Jane Griffiths.

I am a member of the British Origami Society, the Dutch
Society OSN and the Japanese Society NOA.

I now work from home with the help of son Will, he likes to
wet fold!
